WIN training at The Tasting Room at Le Quartier Francais, SA

The Cook South Africa 2015 competition is open to students, and chefs already working in industry, up to the age of 25. The competition will be judged by a small panel of chefs or food critics in two stages, a paper-based first round, followed by a cook-off with eight successful finalists during March, 2015.
