1. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, other than
employees of the participating retailers, their immediate families and
agencies connected with this promotion.
Northern Ireland residents only: No purchase necessary - simply send
your contact details to the above address to be included into the draw.
2. Participants agree to be bound by these rules, and by the decision
of the promoter which are final in all matters
3. Multiple entries are allowed provided each entry is supported by
the appropriate proof-of-purchase (till receipt) showing a purchase
of South African plums, nectarines or peaches together with the product
packaging which clearly states the country of origin of the product
as South Africa. However, no third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
4. Closing date for entries is 31.05.12.
5. All winners will be notified in writing via the postal address supplied
with their entry within 28 days of the closing date of the promotion.
6. There is one first prize to be won which consists of a 10 night B&B
stay at the One & Only Resort in Cape Town, South Africa for 2 people,
including return flights from London to Cape Town, transfers, full use
of the Spa facilities including signature iced teas, signature hot tea,
sauna, steam room, vitality pool and ice crusher fountain and two complimentary
‘signature experiences’ (subject to availability). Travel
must be booked by 30.09.12 and taken between 01.12.12 and 28.02.13.
Travellers must have a valid passport and are responsible for organizing
and visas required and travel insurance. There are 1000 runners-up prizes
of a mini facial, massage, pedicure or manicure at a choice of over
250 salons throughout the UK. Booking instructions and a list of participating
salons will be issued to all 1000 winners within 28 days of the end
of the promotion.
7. The prizes will be awarded on a random draw basis from all entries
received. There is no cash alternative.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for
similar ones of equal or greater value.

10. Your personal details will be used only for the purposes of this
